Marge was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene, on Feb. 28, 2001; and two sisters, Dorothy Davies and Betty Johnson.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to remember Marge in a special way may direct memorials to Second Presbyterian Church, 1400 Kingston Ave., Racine, Wis., 53403.

The Schonert family takes this opportunity to express their profound gratitude to Jodi Tarwid for her dear friendship over the years and as Marge’s beautician. They would also like to thank the staff at Stafford Manor and Becker Shoop Center for their genuine compassion and devoted care.
