Yogurt is an excellent source of calcium, potassium and protein. Fruits are full of vitamins, antioxidants, phytochemicals and fiber.
Mix a cup of low-fat vanilla yogurt with a cup of frozen, unsweetened fruit. Let frozen fruit thaw slightly or heat in microwave for less than a minute to slightly soften.
Puree in blender until chunks are gone and drink is smooth. If you need to, you can add a small amount of juice or water to help puree. Makes two 8-ounce servings.
