A 15-year-old juvenile was referred to the La Salle County State’s Attorney’s Office Wednesday, Oct. 10, for possession of cannabis and possession of cigarette material on the grounds at Seneca Township High School.
School officials found the items in her possession and called police, according to a Seneca Police Department release.
Also, two juveniles were charged with possession of cannabis after Seneca police conducted a K-9 search at Seneca Township High School Thursday, Oct. 11.
According to a department release, the two were released to their parents and charges are pending.
