Santa Paws plans visit on Dec. 2 to Blackbird’s Bowl

Dutch Girl Photography to provide photo opportunity

Area residents are invited to bring the entire family, including the cat and dog, to Blackbird’s Bowl from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 2, for pictures with Santa Paws.

During the month of November, stop into Blackbird’s Bowl, Natural Pet Foods & More, 221 Liberty St. in downtown Morris, to reserve the family pet’s mini session with Santa.

“We are excited to have Dutch Girl Photography providing the photo services for the day,” said Tammi Janel, Blackbird’s Bowl’s owner and wellness consultant. “You will also find our favorite bankers from Twin Oaks Saving Bank, with a few special goodies to give away.”

This is an opportunity to get a fun picture for a Holiday card or create an unforgettable memory.

Each session will be 10 minutes long and family’s will have the option to purchase a print, digital file or both. One 4-by-7 is $10 and available to take home that day. The digital file alone is $15, or purchase two 5-by-7s with the digital file for $25.

What will your pet ask Santa for this Christmas? Dogs may wish for a cozy bed they can snuggle on by the fire or a fashionable collar to show off to the neighborhood dogs.

Kitty, meanwhile, may hope for a special aromatherapy bed or a Holiday inspired toy that is made in the USA. Explore Blackbird’s “Winter Wonderland” while pets pose for pictures to find a selection of thoughtful and unique gifts.

Blackbird’s Bowl will be open for shopping for the day, as well, so make sure to check out the extraordinary locally made gift options, including burlap stockings, hand-thrown pottery bowls and adorable handcrafted toys.  Shoppers will also be treated with tasty hot apple cider to help fill them with the warmth of the holiday season.

Sessions are limited, so be sure to stop by Blackbird’s Bowl soon to book your pet’s spot with Santa.
Blackbird’s Bowl offers a unique pet boutique experience providing a 100-percent wheat free store, with a focus on gluten and grain free food and treats, plus an entire line of wellness supplements in their Apawthecary.
