Marilyn J. Webber

Ms. Marilyn J. Webber, 87, of Morris, Ill., passed away early Saturday morning, Dec. 22, 2012, at Morris Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, at Fruland Funeral Home, 121 W. Jefferson St., Morris, with Deacon Bob Duncan officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.

Visitation will also be Thursday, from 10 a.m until the time of the service at the funeral home.

Born Dec. 1, 1925, in Morris, she was the daughter of Dorie and Mildred (Kniepkamp) Webber. She attended the local schools of Morris. For several years, she was employed at the Illinois Valley Sheltered Workshop.

Survivors include three nieces, Doreen (Mike) Trucano of Minnesota, Marlene (James) Franke of Kansas, and Susan Webber of Arizona; four nephews, James (Linda) Struck of Georgia, James (Lori) Webber of Iowa, Mike (Linda) Struck of Morris and Steve Webber of California; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents; two sisters, Elaine Struck and Elizabeth Webber; and one brother, James Webber.

She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.

Memorials may be given to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church or Morris Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.
