Four people have been charged with first-degree murder in connection with the strangulation of two men at a home in Joliet, authorities said today.

Bails were set at $10 million for Adam M. Landerman, 19, Alisa R. Massaro, 18, Bethany L. McKee, 18, and Joshua F. Miner, 24. Landerman is the son of a Joliet police officer, law enforcement officials said.

Officers responded about 4 p.m. Thursday to a home on the 1100 block of North Hickory Street, according to a news release from the Joliet Police Department.

Once inside the home, officers found the bodies of Eric Glover, 22, and Terrence O. Rankins, 22. An autopsy conducted today determined the victims were strangled, police said.

Officials said the victims died during the course of a robbery, and the suspects were looking for cash.

Police arrested Landerman, Massaro and Miner at the scene. McKee was taken into custody later with the help of the Kankakee Police Department, the news release said.
