Fathers and their princesses invited to Cinderella’s party

CHANNAHON — The Channahon Park District is offering an opportunity for dads to have a special night out with their daughters at Cinderella’s Ball. The event takes place  from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 7 at Skateland Recreation Center, 25334 West Eames Street, Channahon.

Fathers and daughters are invited to wear their finest attire and enter the magical world of Cinderella. Little girls, ages ranging from 3 to 10, and their dates will enjoy a buffet dinner, dancing with music by a DJ and an evening of magical delights.

A professional photographer will be available with picture package options (cash or check only). Fathers and their little princesses will also have the opportunity to take a horse drawn carriage ride. Carriage rides begin at 5 p.m.

Cinderella will arrive via carriage at 5:30 p.m. 

The event will also feature a chance to win an exclusive carriage ride with Cinderella.

The fee per couple, with carriage ride included, is only $43 for residents and $55 for non residents. Each additional child is $23.

The fee per couple without carriage ride is only $30 for residents and $39 for non residents. Each additional child is $17. 

All participants must pre-register by Feb. 3.
