Mr. and Mrs. Paul O’Keefe and Mr. and Mrs. Peter Kaluzny of Morris are pleased to announce the marriage of their children, Lauren and Joshua.
The wedding was held Sept. 22, 2012, at the First Presbyterian Church of Morris with the Rev. Roy Backus officiating. The reception followed at 176 West Banquet Hall in Joliet, Ill.
Matron of honor was Elizabeth Hoffman, cousin of the bride. Bridesmaids were Barbara Kaluzny, sister of the groom, and friends of the bride Toni Salazar, Jordan Olson, Allison Pluth and Colleen Duggan. Alison Hoffman, cousin of the bride, was the flower girl.
Kevin Onderisin, cousin of the groom was best man. Groomsmen were Michael O’Keefe, brother of the bride, Matthew Onderisin and Bret Onderisin, cousins of the groom, and friends of the groom, Stephen Fenoglio and Christopher Williams. Dylan Fatlan, a cousin of the groom, was the ring bearer. Ushers were Timothy Pantaleone, cousin of the bride, and Brian Turk, cousin of the groom.
The bride and groom are both graduates of Coal City High School and Lewis University.
Lauren earned her bachelor’s degree in nuclear medicine technology. She is employed by Siemens Medical Solutions in Hoffman Estates, Ill.
Joshua majored in physics and is working towards his master’s in mechanical engineering at Purdue University. He is employed at Argonne National Laboratory in Lemont, Ill.
The couple honeymooned in Maui, Hawaii and they reside in Warrenville, Ill.
