Park district’s event to feature Wild West theme

CHANNAHON — The Channahon Park District is offering an opportunity for moms to have a special night out with their son at Wild West Date Night.

Moms are asked to round up their best little partners (age 3-10 years) for a night of rootin’ tootin’ fun.
The evening will include a dinner buffet, ice cream sundae bar and end with Cowboy Randy’s Singing, Yodelin’ Rope Trickin’ Show.

The performance will include favorite cowboy sing-a-longs, Cowboy Randy’s famous cowboy yodels and amazing rope tricks.  A professional photographer will be available with picture package options (cash or check only).

The event takes place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 7 at Skateland Recreation Center, 25334 West Eames Street, Channahon.

The fee per couple only $27 for residents and $35 for non-residents, each additional child is $15.  All participants must register by March 3.
