Some of you may have seen the Kale Chip Experiment I did a couple weeks back. Mine didn’t turn out so good – they were too greasy and salty.
One of my blog readers, Catherine, sent me an email with her recipe for making Kale Chips. I would like to share her advice with the rest of you:
I placed parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Spray with olive oil spray. (Similar to PAM) I found at Aldi grocery store.
Place Kale (steams removed, torn in pieces) on top of parchment paper. Try not to overlap Kale, even though it will shrink during cooking process.
Spray again with olive oil spray, this time on top of Kale. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt....does not take much!
Bake on preheated 350 degree oven for ten to twelve minutes.
