YORKVILLE — The Yorkville Area Chamber of Commerce Woman 2 Woman will host next month’s luncheon Tuesday, April 9, at Stonefire Restaurant & Pub in Yorkville.

The program for the month, “Mediocrity Dies Today” will be  presented by guest speaker Tom Reber, whose mission is to inspire individuals and organizations to abandon mediocrity and enjoy more wins in life.

Reber will speak on attitude, business, marketing, leadership and what he calls the MOTOR Mindset. As a decorated Marine, Small Business of the Year Winner and adoptive parent, Reber has brought his MOTOR to everything he has done.

Tom Reber is an average guy fed up with companies, teams and organizations that are settling for mediocrity.  He’s a coach, speaker and motivator, as well as a former United States Marine.

He’s served in ministry, worked as a musician, and founded and led one of the Midwest’s top residential painting companies for many years.
