Trio face drug charges following traffic stop

Two Morris residents and a Braceville resident were arrested by Grundy County Sheriff’s police April 8 on drug charges following a traffic stop.

Elda Villarreal, 37, and Stephanie L. Vigna, 21, both of 518 Kiersted St., were charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic syringe and needles and possession of drug equipment. Both were taken to county jail.

Heidi Marie Letterly, 35, of Braceville, was charged with possession of a hypodermic syringe and needles.

Letterly posted bond and was released.
