PRINCETON — The Friends of the Princeton Public Library annual book sale will be held from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 18, and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, April 19, and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 20. The library is located at 698 East Peru St., Princeton.
There will be over 9,000 quality, used books, both hardcover and paperback, offered for sale. Saturday is “bag day,” with a bag of books for $5.
The annual book sale is attended by book lovers from all over the area and state. All books have been cleaned and sorted with high-quality books offered for $1 and under.
Some books, such as newer copyright and special interest or older books may be available at higher prices. Most paperback books are 50 cents.
The Friends of the Library have moved their sale to the Library Book Sale Room in the rear of the library. Patrons may enter through the front of the library and follow signs directing them to the sale.
Paperbacks, puzzles, and audios will be located in the meeting room off the cafe area. All other books are offered in the sale room at the rear of the library.Co-chairmen are Jackie Davis, phone 815-879-7201 and Jill VanAcker, phone 815-875-2538.
