MAZON — Pam Gillis and Curt Steiner, both of Mazon, were united in marriage Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012, at Fox River Lutheran Church in Sheridan, Ill.
The bride is the daughter of Bill and Phyllis Gillis of Normal, Ill. The groom’s parents are Chris and Cindy Steiner of Morris.
Jenny Gillis, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Carley Steiner, sister of the groom; Kirstin Hawley, cousin of the bride; Casey Hamilton, friend of the bride; Sarah Martin, friend of the bride; and Kim Phillips, friend of the bride and groom.
Leah Martin, friend of the bride, was the flower girl.
Drew Brandt, friend of the groom, was the best man. Groomsmen were Ron Gillis, brother of the bride; Dustin Mueller, friend of the groom; Josh Schmitz, friend of the groom; Matt Harr, friend of the groom; and Jeremey Phillips, friend of the bride and groom.
Kevin Kleinert, uncle of the groom, and Joe Martin, friend of bride, were the ushers. Gage Phillips, friend of the bride and groom, was the ring bearer.
A reception was held at Pitstick Pavilion in Ottawa.
The couple took their honeymoon trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, in January 2013.
Pam is a 1998 graduate of Olympia High School in Stanford, Ill. She is a 2002 graduate of Illinois College in Jacksonville, Ill.
Pam is employed as a reading specialist for grades K-2 at Seneca Grade School in Seneca. Curt is a 2006 graduate of Morris Community High School. He is employed as a Union 150 Operator.
The couple reside in Mazon.
