Signs have an important role, are costly to replace

Published: Wednesday, May 1, 2013 10:02 a.m. CST

To the Editor: In last weeks flood, someone removed signs warning of water on the road, caution, stop, etc. Some signs were gone less than two hours after being put up.

They don’t realize the danger to the public that this could cause.

The signs are put up for safety for everyone. They are also costly to all taxpayers.
