Ricardo Reyes Jr.

COAL CITY, Ill. — Mr. Ricardo “Rick” Reyes Jr., 54, of Coal City, Ill., passed away Sunday, May 5, 2013, at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center. He was born Feb. 3, 1959, in Fort Worth, Texas.

Rick enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was employed by Reichhold Chemical for 33 plus years.

He is survived by his wife, Tammy Reyes; three children, Kristina (Brent) Davy, Amanda (Bob) Wren, and Joe Reyes; grandchildren Ella, Austin, and Rylan Davy, and Lillie, Jack, and Lee Wren; his father, Rico Reyes of La Grulla, Texas; a brother, Ronald (Veronica) Reyes, of Mission Texas.; a sister, Lisa Saenz; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Jouita Reyes, and a brother, Roland Reyes.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 8, at the Ferrari Funeral Chapel, corner of Spring Road and Ferrari Drive, Coal City, with Pastor Kim Jewett officiating. Interment will be in Braceville Gardner Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 7, at Ferrari Funeral Services, 1044 Ferrari Dr., Coal City.
