Born Dec. 9, 1926, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Gerencir) Rubocki.
Anne attended St. Mary’s Carmelite of Joliet, and went on to graduate from Joliet Township High School.

Over the years, she was employed in many different jobs in the Joliet area.

She enjoyed reading, completing crossword puzzles, and watching “her” television shows. Anne especially enjoyed her friends at Elliott Manor in Morris, but her real love was spending time with her family.

Surviving are her three children, Patricia (Gary) Gallo of Morris, Lawrence (Debbie) Paul of Wintergarden, Fla., and William Paul of Joliet; six grandchildren, Gayle (Mark) Conrod of Morris, Gina (Brian) Carlson of Morris, Greg (Pam) Gallo of Morris, Joshua (Megan) Paul of Minooka, Ill., Jeremy Paul of Joliet, and Jennifer (Bill) Cramer of Pensacola, Fla.; nine great-grandchildren, Kayla and Austin Conrod, Tyler and Zach Mann, Ciara, Chole and Mossimo Gallo, and Brody and Mia Paul; a special friend, Rose Smock; and many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Paul was preceded in death by brothers and sisters Theresa Kuban, Elizabeth Simon, Helen Mizicko, and John, Paul, Steve and George Rubocki.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 17, in First Baptist Church, located at 1650 U.S. 6, Morris, with Pastor Steve Larson and Pastor Kevin Yandell officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the church.

Memorials may be made in Anne’s name to Joliet Community Hospice.

Arrangements have been entrusted to U.C. Davis-Callahan Funeral Home Ltd., Morris.
