Four arrested in Minooka for burglary to motor vehicle

Four young men were arrested Saturday, June 8  by Minooka police for burglary to a motor vehicle.

Matthew J. Darling, 19, of Joliet, Justin W. Fox, 19, of Lockport, Matthew C. Roberts, 19, of Lockport, and a juvenile were taken into custody at 2:42 a.m. June 8 in the 1500 block of Bluestem Lane in Minooka.

Darling was also charged with unlawful use of a weapon and possession of cannabis under 2.5 grams. Fox was also charged with possession of cannabis 2.5 to 10 grams.

The juvenile was released into the custody of a parent.

The three other subjects were held without bond at the Grundy County Jail.
