Grand Jury indicts 10 suspects

On Wednesday the Grund County Circuit Court Grand Jury returned indictments against 10 individuals.

"The public is advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty," Grundy County State’s Attorney Jason Helland said in a news release announcing the charges.

Tyler Newcomb-Bohannan, 19, of Morris, was indicted for two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, both Class 2 felonies.

Jessica Huff, 32, of Morris, was indicted for aggravated battery to a police officer, a Class 2 felony.

Michael Gardner, 22, of Joliet, was indicted for unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle, a Class 2 felony; and theft of more than $100,000, but less than $500,000, a Class 1 felony.

Ziad Abulleil, 35, of Pittsburg, was indicted for unlawful cannabis trafficking, a Class X felony; unlawful possession of more than 5,000 grams of cannabis with the intent to deliver, a Class X felony; and unlawful possession of more than 5,000 grams of cannabis, a Class 1 felony.

Lauren Jay, 27, of Wilmington, was indicted for unlawful possession of cocaine, a Class 4 felony.

Melissa Lobb, 27, of Morris, was indicted for bringing diazepam, alprazolam, and clonazepam into a penal institution, a Class 2 felony; and bringing methadone into a penal institution, a Class 1 felony.

Brian Suhling, 21, of Coal City, was indicted for two counts of theft, both Class 4 felonies.

Gerald Studyvin, 24, of Braidwood, was indicted for residential burglary, a Class 1 felony.

Dennis Fredericks, 49, of Diamond, was indicted for driving while revoked with at least 9 prior offenses, a Class 3 felony.

Bruce Wargo, 51, of Warrenville, was indicted for driving while revoked, a Class 4 felony.
