Spiezio pays bond on battery, criminal damage warrants

Scott E. Spiezio, 40, 7615 N. Saratoga Road, turned himself in to Grundy County Sheriff's police Saturday, Aug. 24, on Grundy County warrants for domestic battery and criminal damage to property.

On Aug. 17, the victim signed complaints against Spiezio. Warrants were issued for domestic battery and criminal damage to property after he allegedly broke a window on a vehicle.

After Spiezio turned himself in, he was released on $300 bond and given a Sept. 16 court date.
