Jorstad, Kegaly married June 22, 2013

Katelyn T. Jorstad of Ransom and William G. Kegaly Jr. of Downers Grove exchanged marriage vows at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Seneca on June 22.

The bride is the daughter of Douglas and Susan Jorstad of Ransom, and the groom is the son of Anita Kegaly and the late William G. Kegaly Sr. of Downers Grove.

Karla Scheuer, friend of the bride, was maid of honor. Drew Plumb, friend of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids included Kristen Patton, sister of the bride; Kelsey Jorstad, sister of the bride; Katie Kegaly, sister of the groom; Elisha Foster, friend of the bride; and Cristy Becvar, friend of the bride.

Flower girls were nieces of the bride, Makayla and Macy Patton.

Scott Piagnarelli, friend of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Gene Vinnykov, friend of the groom; Steve Marr, brother-in-law of the groom; Joe Marek, friend of the groom; Eric Jorstad, brother of the bride; Jason Rocks, friend of the groom; and A.J. Boecker, brother-in-law of the groom. Drew Patton, brother-in-law of the bride, was usher.

Ring bearers were nephews of the groom, Alex Boecker and Braydon Marr.

The reception was at Senica Oak Ridge Country Club in La Salle.

The bride graduated from Dwight Township High School in 2003, and from Aurora University in 2008 with a master’s degree in social work. She is employed as a social worker with Kendall County Opportunity School, Oswego.

The groom graduated from Montini Catholic High School, Lombard, in 2000, and is a carpenter contractor.

The couple now resides in Plainfield.
