MORRIS – Rezin Orthopedics and Sports Medicine held its 10th annual Golf Outing and Euchre Tournament on Sept. 20 at Nettle Creek Country Club in Morris.
Nearly 200 people attended the event, which celebrates the ability of people to “get back to a normal activity level after a knee, hip or finger joint replacement,” Robert Alaimo, director of marketing for Rezin Orthopedics, said in a news release.
This year Rezin Orthopedics invited 2,100 joint replacement patients to the event.
Proceeds were donated to the Grundy County Housing Authority, a cause “near and dear to the hearts of many in the community because of the incredibly important service they provide to the elderly and disabled people of Grundy County,” the business said in the news release.
A check for $2,000 was donated to the GCHA to help pay for the expansion of the parking lot at Saratoga Towers Housing Complex.
“We always look forward to holding this event because it gives us a chance to spend time with our patients and their guests in a casual setting,” Dr. Keith Rezin, founder and president of Rezin Orthopedics, said in the news release.
