Morris Hospital joins affiliation with gynecology specialists

Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers and Toussaint Obstetrics have completed an affiliation agreement that has resulted in the creation of Morris Hospital Obstetrics & Gynecology Specialists, a new Morris Hospital service providing obstetrician and gynecologists at three locations in the community.

Board-certified obstetrician/gynecologists Dr. Douglas Toussaint, Dr. Leticia Setrini-Best, and Dr. Victoria Ochoa are physicians at Morris Hospital Obstetrics & Gynecology Specialists, according to a news release from the hospital.

Toussaint began practicing in the Morris community in 1995. He completed an internship and residency, with electives in infertility and reproductive endocrinology at Rush Medical College and Northwestern University in Chicago.

A native of Morris, Setrini-Best joined the medical staff at Morris Hospital in 2005. She earned her medical degree at the University of Illinois-Chicago and completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.

Ochoa joined Morris Hospital in summer 2013. She is a graduate of Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pa, and completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago.

All three physicians offer the full range of obstetrical and gynecologic care, including reproduction, pregnancy and childbirth, preventive care, hormonal disorders, contraception, menopause and gynecological problems. Each physician is trained in minimally invasive gynecology surgery.

Morris Hospital Obstetrics & Gynecology Specialists is accepting new patients at all three locations. All three physicians see patients in the Morris office, 815-941-0441.

Setrini-Best and Ochoa have office hours at the Morris Hospital Ridge Road Campus, 815-521-4600, and Ochoa and Toussaint are available to see patients at the Ottawa office, 815-324-9700.
