Deloris L. McClintock

Deloris L. McClintock, 85, of Morris, Ill., passed away Tuesday morning, Nov. 19, 2013, at her home with her loving family by her side.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 25, at Plattville Lutheran Church with the Rev. Bret L. Reedy officiating. Interment will follow at Plattville Lutheran Cemetery. The visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Fruland Funeral Home, 121 W. Jefferson St., Morris.

Born March 13, 1928, in Morris, she was the daughter of John J. and Carrie (Severson) Lee. She graduated from Minooka High School.

Deloris married Merle D. McClintock on Feb. 28, 1948 at Plattville Lutheran Church. For most of their married life they lived in Morris.

She sold Avon products and owned and operated Dixie-Dee Plaster for over 10 years.

Survivor’s include three daughter, Cheryle (Dale) Wills, Beverly (Alan) Parker and Lori Ann (Jeff) Kaldheim, all of Morris; two sons, Gordon (Terry) McClintock and Wayne (Carla) McClintock, both of Morris; nine grandchildren, Jacob Russell, Kristy (Andy) Kromm, Tiffany (Joey) Her, Brittany (John) Riley, Chad (Tori Rezin) McClintock, Meaghan (Keith Jorstad) McClintock, Nathan (Brhttanie Pitkins) Kaldheim, Lindsey (Justin) Kerr and Addison Kaldheim; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Merle, on Oct. 12, 2012; one daughter, Elaine McClintock; and one brother, Ariel Lee.

She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She was a member of Plattville Lutheran Church.

Memorials may be given to Plattville Lutheran Church.

Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers, Nathan Kaldheim, Addison Kaldheim, Justin Kerr, Chad McClintock, John Riley, Jacob Russell, Joey Her and Andy Kromm.
