Morris engineer receives service award

NORTH CAROLINA – Michael W. Chaney received ISA’s Excellence In Enduring Service Award at the 51st Annual ISA Honors and Awards Gala, held Nov. 4 at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel, Nashville, Tenn.

Chaney is a principal engineer at LyondellBasell in Morris.

Chaney received recognition for dedicated and enduring service to the Society. ISA’s Excellence in Enduring Service Award recognizes dedicated volunteer service to the Society at the grassroots level, according to a news release.

Chaney has been a member of ISA for more than 39 years.

He has served in numerous leadership positions during his tenure and has demonstrated dedication and commitment to ISA by his continuing active involvement.

Chaney currently serves as Program Chair of ISA’s Analysis Division.

ISA’s Honors & Awards Gala is an annual event honoring individuals for the contributions to and advancement of automation across all industries. The gala was attended by more than 250 guests from throughout the world.
