Published: Tuesday, April 15, 2014 9:27 p.m. CDT

MORRIS – The Morris Area Public Library will be having a “May the Fourth” party. The phrase is a play on the traditional Jedi blessing “may the force be with you.”

From 1 to 3 p.m. May 4 the lower level of the library will be open for attendees of all ages. There will be snacks, a Star Wars quiz, Force (bingo), a handcrafted costume contest, and even a Death Star to destroy. The rumor is the Death Star is made of candy.

For information and to sign up, contact the Morris library. Attendees under the age of 10 need to have a parent or guardian present.

The Morris Area Public Library is at 604 Liberty St.
