Betty’s vintage clothing store offers retro clothing, accessories

MORRIS – Betty’s vintage store is Grundy County Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s most recent Business Spotlight.

Betty’s, 104 W. Washington St. in downtown Morris, is owned by Anna Aimaro and specializes in vintage and new clothing, accessories and home décor.

What are the hours

of operation?

From noon to 5 p.m. on Monday, from 10:30 a.m. to- 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and closed on Sundays. The store also stays open later for special events and Morris Cruise Nights.

What would you like to tell our readers about your business?  

“I sell vintage clothing and accessories focusing on the 1950s through the 1970s. I also sell new women’s clothing, band tees, basics and denim, that can be easily paired with our vintage apparel. We also sell select home décor and small furniture pieces as well as vinyl albums and some artwork from local designers,” Aimaro said.

What are you plans

for the future?  

“Right now we are focusing on all of our events that are coming up,” she said. The store celebrated its one year anniversary on Aug. 2.

What other information is important to tell

our readers?  

“If anyone is looking to sell their vintage items, we can set up appointments to come to you to take some of those items off of your hands! We do not accept things in the store during business hours,” Aimaro said.
