OTTAWA – Bill Walsh Honda has scheduled a grand opening Monday at its new Ottawa location.

Bill Walsh Honda is set to open at the former Bill Walsh Ford Lincoln Kia location at the entrance to Super Wal-Mart on Route 23 in Ottawa. Monday’s open house will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

“We think this is a great vote of confidence in Ottawa and a great way for us to help celebrate the improvement projects on Ottawa’s North Hill. The city and Chamber have done so much with Ottawa that we want to continue that spirit in our dealerships so they’re reflective of the renewed Ottawa,” Bill Walsh Jr. said in a news release from the dealership.

“We applaud the other landowners and new investors to help redevelop the entrance to Ottawa,” Bill Walsh Sr. said in the news release.

The 20,000-square-foot, three-plus acre dealership will house an “ultra-modern sales, service and parts center for Honda,” according to the news release.

The service department will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and all makes and models will be serviced at the new location. Customers can browse the largest Honda inventory in the store’s history, do research at a computer area in the Information Center and have their vehicle serviced in the 12-bay, digital service facility, according to the news release.
