United Way of Grundy County supports programs that provide basic human needs, education, health, crisis intervention, transportation, youth, seniors, and disaster relief. Currently, our United Way supports 31 local not-for-profit agencies that provide more than 50 vital programs and services to residents of Grundy County.

I invite our local companies and businesses an opportunity to bring the community into your business and your business into the community. Whether you're a small business, major corporation or even a nonprofit, you can join the many local businesses and organizations that run workplace giving campaigns each year.

United Way of Grundy County’s workplace campaigns are about bringing people in local workplaces together to tackle our community's most difficult issues in the areas of education, financial stability and health.

Through a workplace campaign, employees will experience the satisfaction of seeing their donations turn into programs and services that create impact on people’s lives. They unite employees of a company and gives them an opportunity to donate, volunteer and support solutions that improve education, financial stability and health.

The workplace campaign is about more than raising money for worthy causes; it also strengthens connections among a company, its employees and our community.

A workplace campaign is customizable and our team can help design an experience for your employees that aligns with your corporate values, as well as the particular interests of your employees. We have tools and resources to help your company facilitate a simple, fun and effective workplace campaign.

By hosting a workplace giving campaign at your place of business, you will engage your coworkers and employees in community needs and concerns, build or contribute to your corporate social responsibility program and strengthen community ties through collaboration.

In addition, United Way of Grundy County has resources and information to share with your employees for those who are needing assistance for themselves and their families.

United Way of Grundy County helps more than one person; more than one not-for-profit agency, which positively impacts the lives of others in Grundy County, making our community a great place to live and work.

Call us at 815-942-4430 or email Info@UWGrundy.org for more information about this opportunity to get involved in making a difference in our community.
