JOLIET – A Joliet teen was arrested Wednesday after allegedly selling LSD to undercover police.
Kai Devine, 18, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance - a Class X felony that carries a sentence of six to 30 years in prison. He is being held in the Kendall County jail.
Devine was under investigation by the Kendall County Cooperative Police Assistance Team. A CPAT supervisor said Thursday that Devine "had been selling LSD in the area."
Devine was arrested about 12:30 p.m. in the parking lot of the Aldi grocery store near Ridge and Caton Farm roads.
