Grundy County police briefs

MORRIS

• David Kelley, 38, of Morris, was charged Aug. 16 with driving while license suspended. He posted bond and was released.

• Myeisha Barnes, 28, of Joliet, was charged Aug. 17 with driving under the influence. She posted bond and was released.

GRUNDY COUNTY

Alan Molck, 33, of Minooka, was charged Aug. 17 with aggravated driving under the influence. He posted bond and was released.

• Kyle Nicolaides, 34, of Morris, was charged Aug. 17 with driving while license revoked. He posted bond and was released.

• Thomas Roberts, 31, of Romeoville, was charged Aug. 17 with driving under the influnce. He posted bond and was released.

• Alex Abreu, 31, of Channahon, was charged Aug. 18 with domestic battery. He posted bond and was released.

• Michael Airgood, 36, of South Wilmington, was charged Aug. 19 with domestic battery. He posted bond and was released.

GRAND JURY INDICTMENTS

Grundy County State’s Attorney Jason Helland announced on Aug. 15 the grand jury returned the following indictments. The public is advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Todd Bremer, 42, of Diamond was indicted in three counts for failure to register as a sex offender, a class 3 felony.

Corey Canterbury, 22, of Gardner was indicted for robbery, a class 2 felony; burglary, a class 2 felony; and for theft, a class 3 felony.

Agustin Carlos, 46, of Morris was indicted in three counts for aggravated driving while under the influence, all class 4 felonies; and for the unlawful possession of cocaine, a class 4 felony.

Bryan Carnalla, 33, of Chicago was indicted for driving while revoked, a class 4 felony.

Christopher Clark, 29, of South Houston, Texas was indicted for burglary, a class 3 felony.

Daytona Fisher, 22, of Braceville was indicted for robbery, a class 2 felony; burglary, a class 2 felony; and for theft, a class 3 felony.

Christopher Guarducci, 32, of Morris was indicted for the unlawful possession of buprenorphine, a class 4 felony.

Charles Koch, 57, of Romeoville was indicted in two counts for aggravated driving while under the influence, both class 2 felonies.

Terrence Mading, 46, of Marseilles was indicted for driving while revoked, a class 4 felony.

Jose Martinez, 47, of Morris was indicted in five counts for failure to register as a sex offender, a class 3 felony.

Alan Molck, 33, of Minooka was indicted for aggravated driving while under the influence, a class 2 felony; and for driving while under the influence, a class 4 felony.

Joshua Parsons, 28, of Gardner was indicted for robbery, a class 2 felony; burglary, a class 2 felony; and for theft, a class 3 felony.

Nicolas Pouncy, 18, of Channahon was indicted for the unlawful possession of MDMA in a penal institution, a class 1 felony; and for the unlawful possession of MDMA, a class 4 felony.

Richard Wanda, Jr., 24, of Braidwood was indicted for aggravated battery to a peace officer, a class 2 felony.

Bryson Young, 31, of Morris was indicted for unlawful possession of alprazolam, a class 4 felony.
