Grundy County 4-H is holding an animal supply drive throughout the month of March. The purpose behind the drive, hosted by Grundy 4-H youth is to make sure no animal shelter in Grundy County is without supplies.
4-H wants to challenge the community to fill bags with the items to donate. People can take a bag and fill it with as many pet care items as possible. High priority items include: Purina wet or dry dog/cat food, any brand of dog/cat food, paper towels, hand sanitizer, bottled spring water, cat litter, dog toys, non-hydrogenated coconut oil, liquid/tablet bleach, gift cards (Wal-Mart, Menards, Amazon), letter sized paper/envelopes and any brand of pet safe laundry detergent.
Filled bags can be dropped off at the Grundy County Extension Office located north of Interstate 80 at 4004 N Division St. Morris any time before March 29.
